FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

For questions on an order or product, please check the product description/information for that item. You will find answers to most frequently asked questions there. If you still have questions, please contact us.

ARE YOU DOING ANY CONS?

For CONVENTIONs and other appearances, as well as updates and news, see the page titled "THE LATEST", a link to which can be found at the bottom of the main page.

• COMMISSIONS: Are you taking them?

I'm not able to take commissions at this time.  When time and opportunity permit, I will post availability and pricing for commissions here as well as on my social media (Instagram, Twitter)

• Are you available to appear at our CONVENTION or STORE SIGNING?

Contact us, and we will either have your answer, or redirect you to someone who can help you.

The above also applies to requests for INTERVIEWS, PODCAST APPEARANCES, etc.

• Do you have other art for sale? 

We will be posting new pieces as the schedule permits, as well as signed books, prints, etc.  You can also find a number of Lee's original pages and covers for sale at Essential Sequential.  

• Can I send you my books for you to sign?

Only books and prints purchased on this site or in person will be signed.  Please DO NOT ship us any books/other items to be signed. They will not be returned.

• Will you take PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS?

On a case by case basis with some items of a higher value, we will try to work that out.  Contact us.

• SHIPPING -- what do I need to know?

For now, we will be shipping within the U.S. only, with an eye on expanding to other countries in the near future

All items ship at the end of each month, so please allow up to 30 days.  Workload and deadlines may force shipping dates to change. Contact us with any questions or concerns.

All artwork ships flat and protected to ensure you receive it in the best possible condition.  

Once the artwork is shipped, any disputes regarding handling and/or claims of damage due to the shipping service are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient.

• PAYMENTS

Sorry, no refunds 

For now, we accept payment via Paypal (automatically serviced via Big Cartel at checkout).  We will be adding credit card services in the near future.
